  • NextGen-IDEA offers a unique, 6 / 9 / 12 Months accelerated career start and development path for recent university graduates.
  • During the period, NextGen-IDEA Trainee will acquire Rudimentary knowledge of OEM’s, Regulatory’ s, Design Standards and involves designing EASA 21 Modification packages for integration of structural / Electrical systems as well as the associated structural provision onto commercial aircraft.
  • NextGen-IDEA will foster your global understanding: providing several development modules to build your self-awareness, communication skills and knowledge of key drivers of change in our business such as digitalisation, innovation, and inclusion.
  • You will be assigned a personal mentor, who is at a senior level within the company and will be on hand to give you regular guidance, feedback, and support for your job assignments.
