BOEING TRAINING
B737 NG Tech Refresher
This course covers a detailed knowledge of the aircraft’s systems, major components and locations, their operations, functions as well as the appropriate maintenance methods.
The theory training is delivered by experienced maintenance engineers in a classroom environment in English using modern delivery techniques.
B787 Composite Fundamentals
This course is designed to teach engineers how to design repairs to aircraft components made from composite materials. It also gives engineers a good understanding of the composite repair process.
The course provides the skills and knowledge to perform bonded and bolted repairs. It includes 5 hands-on repair projects and a series of SRM repair modification exercises.
B767 General Familiarization
This course covers a detailed knowledge of the aircraft’s systems, major components and locations, their operations, functions as well as the appropriate maintenance methods.
The theory training is delivered by experienced maintenance engineers in a classroom environment in English using modern delivery techniques.
Structure Repair Engineering (BOEING FAMILY)
This course enables the participant to become confident with the use of the Structure Repair Manual to determine the appropriate repair procedures for an encountered damage on Airbus structures.
Practical usage of the SRM and damage mapping exercises will help to achieve these objectives

B767 CF6-80C2 Engine Training
This course give a brief description of fatigue:
– To improve the design and the maintenance of airplanes,
– To introduce important concepts such as:
. Safe Life design, Fail-safe design & Damage tolerance.
-To give the general fatigue and damage tolerance requirements for design, certification and maintenance programmes.
B787 Composite Repair for Engineers
This course help Engineers to design a repair proposal, for damage out of the BOEING Repair Manuals limits, in an acceptable way for BOEING in order to:
Reduce repair approval process time.
Ensure that the repair, as approved by Boeing, fits Airline capabilities
B787 Level 2 Training Course
The 787 Maintenance Training Line and Base Course will train the mechanics on the electronic performance support systems that will be available for the 787 at the gate and in the hanger. The objectives of the training program is to:
– Efficiently perform necessary routine and non-routine maintenance.
– Perform all work in accordance with local regulatory requirements for practical training.
– Effectively use airplane electronic performance tools (e.g. EFB, CMC, toolbox).
– Effectively use maintenance electronic performance tools (e.g. Maintenance laptop, Toolbox, MBF).
– Feel comfortable and confident working on the airplane, especially with new 787 technologies.
